• What you provide when contacting or booking: name, phone, email, dates, number of guests and the content of your messages.
• What Spanish traveller-registration rules (Royal Decree 933/2021) require when you stay: guests’ identification details.
• Analytics browsing data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

• Managing your enquiry and your booking — pre-contractual steps and contract performance (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Meeting legal obligations: traveller registration and invoicing (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Web analytics — only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).

We keep data for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory periods (tax and traveller-registration). Enquiries without a booking are deleted within one year at most.

We do not share your data except where legally required (competent authorities: traveller registration, tax administration). Providers processing data on our behalf or as independent controllers: Vercel Inc. (web hosting), WhatsApp/Meta (if you contact us through that channel) and Google (analytics, only if you consent).

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by messaging us on WhatsApp at +34 696 811 420. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data; this site is served entirely over HTTPS and stores no payment data.
