Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before booking. Anything else — WhatsApp is one tap away.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-out is always by 11:00. Check-in: from 16:00 at Old Town 300 m and Beach & Relax, and from 15:00 at El Molinillo, Casa Sol and Oasis Centre; for Víctor Hugo, just ask. Every apartment has self check-in with a key safe, so you're never tied to office hours; at Casa Sol we'll greet you in person whenever we can. Odd flight times? Message us and we'll sort it.

Is it cheaper to book directly with you?

Yes. With no Airbnb or Booking commissions, we can always offer a better price for the same dates. If you spot a lower price on a platform, send it over on WhatsApp — we will match or beat it.

What is your cancellation policy?

We work with a strict cancellation policy: you get a 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away. After that, 50% is refunded if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in; within 7 days, there is no refund. We confirm the terms in writing before the booking is finalised.

Is there a minimum stay?

The minimum stay varies by apartment and season, so we confirm it on the spot: send us your dates on WhatsApp and we will let you know. All apartments also welcome long stays on special terms.

Can I bring my pet?

We are sorry, but for now we do not allow pets in any of our apartments.

Travelling with children? Cots and high chairs

Gladly. A free cot is available on request at Víctor Hugo, Old Town 300 m, Casa Sol and Oasis Centre — Oasis also has a high chair and travel cot. Two honest warnings: Old Town 300 m and Beach & Relax are first floors with no lift (at Beach & Relax the staircase is internal) and we don't recommend them with very small children; Casa Sol is a fourth floor with no lift.

Where do I park?

It depends on the apartment: at Old Town 300 m there may be a garage space in the building itself (external service, subject to availability — ask us); around El Molinillo and Oasis Centre free street parking is usually findable, and Oasis also offers a paid space as an external service; for Víctor Hugo, Casa Sol and Beach & Relax we will point you to the most convenient public car park when you book.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. We are StaySolution S.L. (VAT no. B26653014) and we invoice every direct booking — just give us your billing details when you book.

Are the apartments legal and registered?

All of them. Every home has its Andalusian tourist licence number (VFT/VUT), shown on its page and in the footer, plus the Spanish national short-term rental registration.

Is the wifi good enough for remote work?

Yes: fast wifi and a workspace in all six apartments. Oasis Centre and El Molinillo are the digital nomads' favourites — El Molinillo even has an Ethernet connection.

What's included?

Bed linen, towels, hangers, iron, hairdryer, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel), cleaning kit and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Beach & Relax has beach umbrellas, and beach towels on request. Víctor Hugo and El Molinillo include complimentary coffee.

How do I get there from the airport?

Take the C1 commuter train to María Zambrano or Centro Alameda (~12 min), then a taxi or bus depending on the apartment; a taxi to the centre costs roughly €20–25. Beach & Relax is 11 min from the airport by car and 7 min on foot from the metro. Exact directions come with your confirmation.

Can I drop off my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

At Víctor Hugo and Beach & Relax, yes — no problem. At the others, ask us and we will try to make it work.

House rules?

The rules of good neighbourliness: no smoking indoors, no parties, and voices down after 22:00 — these are streets where people live. The central apartments can get occasional city noise; we tell you before you book, not after.

Shall we talk?

Send us your dates and guests — we usually reply in minutes.
